Graphite insulating plate
Graphite insulating material using lightweight carbon-bonded fiber materials with low thermal conductivity and vapor pressure with excellent insulation to reduce heat loss. It is resistant to temperatures up to 3.000°C and almost eliminates voids or hot spots, wich be found in other materials. It is easy to handle, easy to install, free to process automatically and is able to maintain accurate details.
Typical applications: vacuum furnace insulation, inert gas furnace insulation and insulation for inert gas amtosphere process construction

CFC (carbon fiber reinforced carbon) is a high-performance fiber-composite material consisting of carbon or graphite matrix an carbon fibers.
With te contribution of the fibers results in a heat-resistant meterial that can be used in inert gas or vacuum up tp well over 2000°C.
